On-Farm Education

Our on-farm tribal staff provides assistance with Farm Business Planning, Tribal Enterprise Development, IWM, IPM, Cover Crop/Pasture Management, Crop Planning, Finanical Assitance, etc.

NATIVE FOOD EVENTS

    Tribal Longtable

    Join us for our upcoming Tribal Longtable Food event. Our Tribal Chefs will prepare a beautiful/healthy traditional meal for you, with ingredients grown here at Sakari Farms.

    Traditional Cooking Classes

    Sakari Farms provides onsite traditional cooking classes in our ODA certified Commerical Kitchen building. Participate in gathering Sakari Farm traditionally grown foods, creating recipes and cooking them to your specific dietary needs.

TRIBAL FOOD BOXES

Sakari Farms provides Free and Custom Tribal Food Boxes to our community. These boxes include our custom made/locally grown value added food products, fresh tribal vegetables and herbs and ceremonial medicine upon request. (Cedar, Sweetgrass, etc.) These are available in our seasonal growing months July-Oct.

PNW Native Seed Bank

    Seed Bank

    We grow a large variety of ancestral cold climate/healthy organic seed here at Sakari Farms. This seed is re-distributed FREE to regional tribal members and educational programs. Contact us sakarifarms@gmail.com for participation.
