Custers last meal consisted of roasted buffalo, beans with molasses, wild corn, and prairie hen. Custer’s last wish is that he could have added this hot sauce.
We created this sauce using some of our favorite farm grown ingredients and added a touch of tropical sweetness with the Papaya. The Pobo Peppers are a Sakari Farms exclusive that we have bred, sweet and hot. The Tesuque Pueblo Cayenne seeds were gifted to us during our travels and grown out here on the farm. The Squash Candy juice is a fun new ingredient we wanted to use, it is a byproduct from making our delicious Squash Candy. The spice blend of Cumin, Cardamom and Rose is warm and flavorful.
